No telephone number. §5 DDG asks for a way to reach the provider quickly and communicate directly with them, and an address that is read by a person — with a form beside it — is that; the courts have said as much. A phone that is never answered would be worse.

Business identification number

There is no VAT identification number to give under §27a UStG, so that line is absent rather than blank. The number above is a Wirtschafts-Identifikationsnummer, which is a different thing that happens to look similar.

Consumer dispute resolution

The app and the App Store

Lucerna is sold through Apple's App Store. Apple is the merchant of record for the purchase itself: refunds, receipts and payment questions are Apple's, and the App Store's own support handles them faster than we can. Everything about how the app behaves is ours — write to info@sp33c.tech.

Liability for links

This site links to a handful of pages that are not ours — a source repository and its issue tracker. Those pages were unobjectionable when the links were made. What is on them now is their operators' responsibility, and we do not monitor them; anything genuinely wrong that is pointed out to us will have its link removed.
